he’s shooting hdv, not film or hd. he’s keeping it short, around 4-6 minutes from what i can gather. a simple romantic comedy, no special effects or anything that would require a big budget. sounds like what any of us would do. of wait, he has a budget of $40,000 and can get funding from various canadian sources like the national film board. niiiice.
